A neutral wine yeast that is well suited for the production of sparkling wines, ice wine, cider and high alcohol beers.

Alcohol tolerance: 16.5%

Optimum temperature range: 12 – 28°C. Temperatures must not exceed 30°C.

DOSAGE: 20 – 30 gram per 100 Liter

Strong fermenter – control speed by lowering the temperature.
